The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that, following a six-month negotiation period, the Company has successfully completed the acquisition of Unit 6, Omega Business Park.

This strategic acquisition supports Blackrow’s ongoing growth plans and strengthens our operational capability.

A provisional move-in date has been set for early July, subject to the completion of planned improvements, including a new roof and upgraded lighting systems.

Once complete, the facility will provide:

• Additional workshop and office capacity
• Over 50 new parking spaces
